Agent shall participate in the Agent program an the following levels:

1.The Agent price is offered to new agent under one of the follwing two conditions.
   i. The first purchase must be more than USD10K.
  ii. The total purchase amount within the first of months after joining the agent program must be more than USD12K.Purchase under the USD12K is charged at the MSRP and the 40% agent discount will be credit to the agent account once this condition is met.

2. Agent agrees to maintain an annual purchase amount of not less than USD80,000.00 in order to renew the Agent Agreement next year.

3 .Agent agrees not to publicly advertise DBL's products on the internet at discounted prices.

4. Agent agrees to report any problems encountered with DBL's products promptly and assist DBL to debug the problems if needed.

5. Agent agrees to collect cutomer feedbacks and market report including DBL's competitors for the purpose of product enhancement and new product development.
